Year 5 & 6 Football

The Year 5 and 6 after-school football club have started a weekly match against pupils from another local school. The first match was held on the 10th February and both students and staff were there to cheer the teams on!

Year 4 Swimming

The Year 4 children are having swimming lessons during the Spring Term. They are gaining confidence with being in the water and have been practising a variety of swimming skills. Well done Year 4!

Fishermans Hospital

Year 4 children presented Christmas presents to the residents of the Fishermen’s Hospital after working hard during the Autumn Term to make Christmas wreaths, cards and mini Christmas ‘trees’. After School Boxing Club

Children have been working with a coach from the local Spartans Boxing Club, Tony Norman, in an after-school club. Santa Dash

The school took part once again in the national Santa Dash. The children completed 10 minutes of physical activity, including flying like Santa’s sleigh and leaping like Father Christmas’ reindeer. A great time was had by all, with lots of very tired ‘elves’ at the end!
